yeah, yeah, yeah. me and my lady, we were in fiji. we were on vacation. and i saw a baby shark, like, swimming outside the roomone day. i'm walking on the little dock,and i look down. i was like, "oh, my god! babe, it's a baby sharkout there. i just saw the baby shark."

i think we have a photoof this, if i -- -you might have it.-yeah. that's you. that's me. i don't know if we havea photo of the baby. but if you imagine a baby sharkthere with you, that's -- i'm not lying.this is where i was, though. did you jump in the waterwith the baby shark? no. didn't do that.didn't jump in the water. i went, i got my lady,and i was like,

"babe,you know what this means. if there's baby sharks, that means big sharksaround here." so instantly,i thought about going home. -that was it.-yes. you were like, "pack the bags.we're going to the airport." we don't need to bein this water at all. we go scuba divingwith this lady, and we get under there,

and i just saw a bunch of,like, baby sharks. and they weren'tmessing with me. they justcome right up to you, and you can even blow bubbles,and it scares them. well, i wouldn't do that.i wouldn't do that. remember... i want you guys to all rememberi'm black. so that right thereputs us in a position where we don't do whatyou may think that we should do.

i found they were like dogs,and they had personalities. did you feel that at all? were you like, "this is something that'seither gonna eat me or not"? i definitely didn't feel likeit had a personality. you know,there's still a piece of me that at any given timecould have messed myself. you know, i'm looking like,"okay, there's a shark. here i am."

i want to keep my distance. you know, i'm not down theremoving crazy. i'm perfectly still. yeah, they tell younot to move around. yeah. i don't want to doanything. i look like a dead black guy,just in the water. that's honestlywhat it looked like. do they even recognize you,or they're like -- no.that's what pissed me off.

yeah, it's frustrating. none of them were like,"oh, my god. you were so goodin 'ride along.'" [ laughter ]
